dana macdonald (she/her) is a mover and collaborator based out of Tkaronto, (Treaty 13 Territory) Ontario. A 2018 Graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) with a Bachelors in Fine Arts – Dance, having the privilege to work, train and learn repertoire from many international and Toronto based companies including but not limited to Hubbard Street Dance, Transcendance projects, Alysa Pires Dance projects, Kylie Thompson Creative and CHUTHIS. 

chrystal tam 譚詠之(she/her) graduated from the Performance Dance program at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2022. She is an emerging artist currently based in Toronto. 

As an artist, Chrystal aims to communicate what words cannot express. She often dives deep into emotions that cannot be easily explained through language. Chrystal enjoys exploring movement through improvisation and improvising in different sites. This includes but is not limited to parks, streets, playgrounds, living rooms and dance studios.

cailin teranishi (she/her) is a dancer and performer based in Toronto, Ontario. She is a graduate of The Creative School’s Performance Dance program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). Through this program she has had the opportunity to choreograph works for both EnChoreo and the Choreographic Film Festival, as well as written spoken word pieces to be choreographed to. Cailin has been in works created by Angela Blumberg, Andrea Nann, Alysa Pires, Robert Glumbek, Apolonia Valasquez, Emilio Colalillo, Rock Bottom Movement, and Natasha Powell as well as learned repertoire from ProArte Danza’s Roberto Campanella. Most recently, Cailin took part in an original work choreographed by Colleen Snell as part of the 2022 summer company presented by Frog in Hand.

At the core of all her works, Cailin aims to bring words to life and add meaning to movement.

Cailin is part of Toronto Metropolitan University’s 2022 graduating class with a BFA in Performance Dance and a minor in English. 

liam woodvine (he/him) is a recent graduate from the Toronto Metropolitan University Dance program, an emerging dance artist based in Toronto. Originating from Barbados, where nature surrounds him, he incorporates movement initiations from traditional dances he was exposed to in his training. He expands on this below:

“As a choreographer I find joy in exploring the crossroads between my Barbadian movement language and impressionistic movement. It opens up new pathways to initiate movement and explore dynamic expressions. As an emerging artist this continues to inspire me to explore and develop my personal style in an artform of endless possibilities.”
